• Where can I buy Test Pilot toys?
  Test Pilot is exclusively available at Walmart stores throughout the US. It will be available for purchase online and at many other stores soon!

• Where do I find my top secret access code?
  Each Test Pilot aircraft and Paratrooper comes with its own unique access code which is located underneath the toy on the package.

• Where can I find instructions for my aircraft?
  Instructions are included in the Test Pilot package. You can also find them on this website and download them for free. Just go to the Aircraft section and each product has a link to the instructions.

• What do I do if my rubber band launcher breaks or gets lost?
  It’s no big deal if you break of lose your rubber band launcher. Any standard rubber band will work just as well!

• What happens if I lost my access code before entering it on the website?
  Just contact us at customerservice@testpilottoys.com and provide your proof of purchase. We will provide you with the correct access code for the item you purchased.

• I forgot my Call Sign. How do I log in again?
  Click the “forgot password?” button below Pilot Login and your username and password will be emailed to you.
